kyakartehaiaaaap (“we”, “us”) turns real people's journeys into cinematic stories that we publish on Instagram and, when you choose that option, on this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

• Your name, as you enter it before generating your story.
• Your Instagram username, so we can credit you and reach you.
• Your journey — the text you type, or the text produced when you use the voice input.
• Photos and videos you choose to upload, or your permission for us to use media already public on your Instagram profile.
• The script you select and the package and add-ons you choose.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. We do not collect any government ID, financial account information, or other sensitive personal data.

• To generate story scripts from your journey and to produce your reel.
• To contact you about your submission, usually through Instagram.
• To publish your story, with your name and credit, once you have chosen to be featured.
• To keep a record of what each person selected, so we deliver the right work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or send you marketing messages you did not ask for.

The point of this service is publication. Once you submit and we produce your feature, your story, your name, your Instagram handle, and the photos or videos you shared with us may appear publicly on our Instagram page and, if you chose the website add-on, on this website. Please only send us material you are comfortable seeing published.

We keep your submission for as long as we need it to produce and maintain your feature. If you want your data removed, write to us at kyakartehaiaaaap@gmail.com and we will delete it from our records. Content that has already been published on Instagram or elsewhere can be taken down on request, but we cannot recall copies other people may have saved or reshared.

Your submission is stored in a database that is not readable by other visitors to this site. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as requests and error information, to keep the site running.

This service is meant for people aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please submit your story only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

We may update this policy as the service grows. The date at the top always shows when it was last changed.
