Refund Policy

All payments made to kyakartehaiaaaap are final and non-refundable. Once you confirm your package and pay, the amount cannot be refunded, partially or fully, and cannot be transferred to another person.

Every feature is custom work made for one person. The moment your package is confirmed, we begin scripting, designing, and editing specifically for your story. That effort cannot be undone or resold, which is why we are not able to offer refunds.

• Three script versions to choose from before any production work begins, so you know exactly what your story will sound like.
• Revisions on your selected script and your reel until it reflects your journey accurately.
• A sample of our work on the package page, so you can see the quality before you pay.

Please review the sample and your chosen script carefully before confirming your package.

You may tell us at any time that you no longer wish to proceed, and we will stop work and will not publish anything. However, the amount already paid remains non-refundable.

Add-ons such as the Website Feature and the Engaging Cover follow the same policy. Once selected and paid for, they are non-refundable, whether or not you later decide you do not want them.

Your reel is delivered and published after the script is finalised and the required photos or videos are received from you. Delays caused by pending material from your side do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
